Spencer Sheen has been Head of Retail at Gatwick Airport since November 2011. He has led the development of the shopping, catering and advertising estate delivering a transformed experience for the passenger throughout the airport. This has resulted in strong commercial growth along with record customer satisfaction scores.
He is currently managing continued investment with new digital media on line this year and a project to modernise and reconfigure the North Terminal already underway. Spencer joined Gatwick from Marks and Spencer where he held a number of strategic and operational roles throughout the UK as well as working internationally living in Israel, Turkey and India.
Immediately prior to joining Gatwick he was Head of Property and Development Planning at Marks and Spencer.
